Website webhook

Refresh your own website's job pages as soon as a job is published, changed or closed.

Open Settings › Website webhook. Admins can change it; everyone else can look.

If your jobs live on your own website, set Webhook address to your website's revalidate route, such as https://northwilds.com/api/careers/revalidate/, choose Set, and copy the signing secret it shows. It is shown once: if it is lost, set the webhook again for a new one. Careers Orbit then tells your website when a job is published, changed or closed, and your job pages refresh within seconds. The Careers SDK's revalidate handler checks the signature for you. See Careers SDK. Without a webhook, your website refreshes jobs when its cache runs out. Remove stops the calls.

To send candidate and job events to other tools, add webhooks under Developers › Webhooks instead. See Webhooks and events.

Counting visits with Insights Orbit

Counting visits and applications on your career pages is a link between two Orbit satellites, so it lives on the Insights Orbit card under Orbit connections, not here.
