Who can do what
Admins run everything, Recruiters write and publish jobs and see every candidate, Hiring managers work on their own jobs, and Viewers look.

People get Careers Orbit from your organisation in Orbit, under Members. Removing them there removes every Careers role at once. Owners and admins in Orbit are always Admins here; members start as Viewers, and an admin can make them Recruiters or Hiring managers under People.
"Their jobs" are jobs they own or whose hiring team they are on.

Two choices are yours, under Settings › Hiring rules: whether hiring managers may review job ads, and whether recruiters may erase candidates' data. Whether a hiring manager may move and reject candidates is set on each job.
Changes made by Careers Orbit itself, such as closing a job on its date, need no role.
