Hiring rules
Decide whether job ads are reviewed before they go live, whether hiring managers may review, and who may erase candidates' data.
How-to guide1 min read
Open Settings › Hiring rules. Admins can change them; everyone else can look. Choose Save changes when you're done.
Job ad review
- Review job ads: drafts are sent for review instead of being published, and someone other than the sender approves them or asks for changes. See Review job ads before they go live.
- Hiring managers review: admins and recruiters can always review. Turn this on to let hiring managers approve ads too.
Candidate data
Recruiters erase: admins can always erase a candidate's data when they ask. Turn this on to let recruiters do it as well. See Erasing a candidate.
Whether a hiring manager may move and reject candidates is set on each job's hiring team, not here. See Who can do what.
