Choose which shops each Editor and Viewer works in. Owners and admins always work in every shop.

People get Commerce Orbit from your organisation in Orbit, under Members. Their role in Commerce Orbit is the same in every shop they can open. Which shops they can open is chosen under People, on the Shops page.
Choose someone's shops
- Open People from the sidebar's Organisation section.
- In the person's Shops column, open the menu.
- Choose Every shop, also new ones, or tick the shops they should work in.
The column only shows when your organisation has more than one shop.
- Every shop is the default, and includes shops added later.
- Someone limited to some shops sees only those under Shops, in the sidebar menu and in Orbit's search. A link to another shop shows "not found".
- Owners and admins in Orbit are Admins in every shop. Their shops can't be limited.
What still applies everywhere
The sending domain for emails is the organisation's, so it is the same in every shop. Notifications about a shop's orders, stock and MAM go only to people who work in that shop.
