Who can do what
Viewers read everything, Editors also run products, orders and customers, Admins also refund and manage Stripe, MAM, settings, keys and people, and only owners delete images for good.

People get Commerce Orbit from your organisation in Orbit, under Members. Add or remove them there. Their role in Commerce Orbit then decides what they can do.

- Owners and admins in Orbit are always Admins in Commerce Orbit.
- Members start as Viewers. An Admin can make them Editors under People.
- Only owners in Orbit can delete images for good from the bin.
The People screen
People, under Organisation in the sidebar, lists everyone in your organisation who has Commerce Orbit, with their role in Orbit, their role in Commerce Orbit and, with more than one shop, the shops they work in. A role is the same in every shop. See Shop access. Search by name or email, and choose Editor or Viewer for a member. The role of an owner or admin in Orbit can't be changed here.
Refunds, Stripe and the MAM settings are limited to Admins because they move money or decide where orders go. Give the Admin role in Orbit only to people who should do that.
Notifications by role
Notifications about orders, stock and MAM go to Admins and Editors. Viewers don't get them. See Notifications.
