See who changed sites, goals and settings, and when, and download any table as a CSV file.

Audit trail
The Audit trail lists every change made in your organisation's Insights Orbit, newest first, with who made it and when. Admins open it from the menu under Organisation.
It records changes to:
- sites and their settings, including switching known users on or off and proxy tokens
- goals, labels, funnels, segments, dashboards and summary emails, including moving them to the bin, restoring and erasing them, and summaries sent now or as a preview
- shared links, alerts, API keys, Search Console and the S3 export
- events from other satellites switched on or off
- every download or erasure of a known user's events
Reading reports is not recorded. The ids of known users never appear: an entry shows only the first characters of the scrambled form Insights Orbit keeps. Use the buttons above the list to show one kind of change, and Older changes to go further back. Times are UTC.
When someone's Orbit account is erased, their changes stay in the trail as made by A former member.
Download a table as CSV
Every table of pages, sources, places, devices, events and goals has Download CSV below it. The file has the same rows and columns as the table on screen, with the period and filters you chose, and opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Everyone who can read reports can download them.
To get every single event instead, use the raw event API or the daily export to your own S3 bucket.
