See your reviews, replies, topics, locations and review requests for a period, and download every review as CSV or JSON.
How-to guide1 min read
Open Reports in the sidebar. Choose All locations or one location, and a period: the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
What the report shows
- Reviews by week: how many reviews came in each week, with the average rating as a line, and how the period compares with the one before.
- Where reviews come from: reviews and the average rating per site, such as Google and Trustpilot.
- How fast you answer: reviews answered within a day, within 3 days, within a week, later, and not yet.
- What people talk about: each topic from your topic list with its positive, neutral and negative mentions, and how it moved against the period before. The topic list is under AI.
- Locations: each location's reviews, average rating, share answered and Presence Score, best first.
- Review requests: how many were sent, opened and clicked, how many became a review or sent private feedback, and how many opted out or failed.
Private feedback from your review page is not a review and is never counted in ratings.
Download your reviews
Select CSV or JSON at the top of the page to download every review in the period: its site, rating, text, author, dates, status, topics, tags, risk flags and reply. Nothing is held back, and you can download as often as you like.
A review counts as answered once its reply is published, or copied to a site where replies are written on the site itself.
