Tripadvisor, Apple and Bing
Read and reply to Tripadvisor reviews, keep Apple Maps place cards right, and send your locations to Bing Places.

Each of these sites opens its API only to approved partners. Until Bifröst Orbit's access is in place, they show Coming soon under Review sites, and you can import Tripadvisor reviews from a file on each location's page in the meantime.
Tripadvisor
- Open each of your listings on Tripadvisor and copy its address, such as
https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g190479-d1234567-Reviews-Northwilds_Oslo.html. - Under Review sites, select Connect Tripadvisor, paste the addresses, one per line, and choose the role shown under your replies, such as Shop Manager.
- Select Bring in places on the new connection and link each listing to a location.
Presence Orbit then reads the listings' reviews, and the owner replies already on them, every 15 minutes. To add more listings later, select Add listings and paste their addresses; the ones already connected stay.
Replying on Tripadvisor
Replying needs a sign-in from someone Tripadvisor has verified as an owner of the listing. Select Sign in to reply and sign in with that Tripadvisor account. Replies then go out from the review in Presence Orbit like any other.
Tripadvisor checks every reply before publishing it, so it can take a while to appear. A reply Tripadvisor turns down straight away shows its reason on the review. When the sign-in runs out, replies fail with a note to sign in again; reviews keep coming in meanwhile.
Apple Business Connect
Apple Maps has no reviews to read or reply to: its ratings come from Apple's own users. What Presence Orbit does is keep your place cards in step with your locations.
- In Apple Business Connect, open Company, then Partners, and allow Bifröst Orbit to manage your locations.
- Under Review sites, select Connect Apple Business Connect and enter your company ID.
- Select Bring in places and link each Apple place to a location.
Under Listings and posts, a location linked to Apple but not Google shows its Apple place card next to your details. Send your details to Apple in one go, and add photos from your media library.
Bing Places
Bing has no API for listings, so nothing connects. There are two ways to get your locations onto Bing:
- Import from Google. In Bing Places, choose to import from Google Business Profile. It copies your Google listings, which Presence Orbit keeps right, so this is the quickest way.
- Bulk upload. Under Listings and posts, select Download for Bing. The file has one row per location with its name, address, phone, website, categories, description and opening hours. In Bing Places, choose bulk upload for 10 or more locations. If Bing's own template orders the columns differently, copy each column across.
Opening hours in the file read like 09:00-17:00, with a comma between two slots on the same day, or Closed.
