The charts
- Appointments: each day of the period, against the period before.
- Utilisation by person: the share of each person's working hours that was booked, with the hours behind it. A low number can mean a quiet person, or working hours set wider than the time they really take appointments.
- Revenue by service and Revenue by person.
- How far ahead people book: from the same day to more than three weeks ahead. Many late bookings mean reminders matter less; many early ones mean an extra reminder helps.
- Where bookings come from: the booking page, the widget on your website, the team, the booking assistant, the API or the waitlist.
- Lost appointments: cancellations and no-shows.
- Resources in use, when the location has resources such as a fitting room or a workshop bench.
Exporting
Export CSV downloads every appointment in the period, one row each, with its reference, date and times in the location's time zone, service, person, customer, status, where it was booked, price and when it was booked. It opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
