**Reports** shows how a location is booked, kept and paid for. Choose **7 days**, **30 days** or **90 days** at the top; every number compares the period with the one just before it.

## The numbers

| Number | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| Appointments | Appointments held or booked in the period, including no-shows, not counting cancellations. |
| Revenue | The price of the appointments held so far in the period. Payments taken in advance for later appointments count when the appointment takes place. |
| Utilisation | Booked time as a share of the working hours of the people who take appointments, until today. |
| No-shows | The share of past appointments nobody came to. |
| Cancellations | The share of appointments in the period that were cancelled. |
| Booked ahead | How many days before the appointment people booked, on average. |
| Book again | Of the customers who came in the period, the share who booked another appointment within 60 days. |
| Returning customers | Of the customers in the period, the share who had been before. |

## The charts

- **Appointments**: each day of the period, against the period before.
- **Utilisation by person**: the share of each person's working hours that was booked, with the hours behind it. A low number can mean a quiet person, or working hours set wider than the time they really take appointments.
- **Revenue by service** and **Revenue by person**.
- **How far ahead people book**: from the same day to more than three weeks ahead. Many late bookings mean reminders matter less; many early ones mean an extra reminder helps.
- **Where bookings come from**: the booking page, the widget on your website, the team, the booking assistant, the API or the waitlist.
- **Lost appointments**: cancellations and no-shows.
- **Resources in use**, when the location has resources such as a fitting room or a workshop bench.

## Exporting

**Export CSV** downloads every appointment in the period, one row each, with its reference, date and times in the location's time zone, service, person, customer, status, where it was booked, price and when it was booked. It opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
