Orbit connections
How Booking Orbit works with the other Orbit satellites your organisation has.

Orbit's satellites share one sign-in and talk to each other through Orbit Exchange. Each card under Orbit connections shows what flows between Booking Orbit and another satellite, and where the connection is set up.
Booking Orbit offers every appointment as an event, without names, email addresses or phone numbers in it: booked, moved, cancelled, completed and no-show. Other satellites ask Booking Orbit for the details they need, only when they need them.
With each satellite
| Satellite | What it does |

| Presence Orbit | Asks each customer for a review once an appointment is marked as done. Cancelled appointments and no-shows are never asked. Switch it on in Presence Orbit under Orbit connections, and choose which Presence location each Booking location's reviews belong to. |
| Insights Orbit | Counts every booking as an Appointment booked event on a site, with its price as revenue, so it can be a goal. Switch it on for a site in Insights Orbit under Orbit connections. |
| Commerce Orbit | Put a service's booking link on a product as a Book a fitting button. |
| Careers Orbit | Use the booking link of an interview service in the interview invitation, instead of Careers Orbit's own times. |
| Travel Orbit | Put the booking link for a trip adviser call or a gear check in the booking confirmation. |
| CMS Orbit | Takes bookings on the pages of a website built with CMS Orbit, with its Services, Book an appointment, Next available times and Meet the team blocks. Editors pick services and people, and prices and free times stay current. Switch on a website space for a location here or in CMS Orbit under Orbit connections; connecting adds the website's addresses to the location's allowed websites. |
Booking links
At the top of Orbit connections is one booking link for each service. It opens the booking page with that service already chosen. Select Copy and paste it wherever customers should book: a product in Commerce Orbit, an email template in Careers Orbit or Travel Orbit, or a button on a website not built with CMS Orbit.
Sending domains
A sending domain set up in Booking Orbit, Careers Orbit, Commerce Orbit, Presence Orbit or Travel Orbit sends emails from all of them.
