# Who can do what

> Viewers read everything, Editors also run trips and bookings, Admins also manage Stripe, refunds, settings, keys and people, and only owners delete images for good.

People get Travel Orbit from your organisation in Orbit, under **Members**. Add or remove them there. Their role in Travel Orbit then decides what they can do.

- Owners and admins in Orbit are always **Admins** in Travel Orbit.
- Members start as **Viewers** with every brand. An Admin can make them **Editors** under **People**, and choose which brands they see.
- A person's role is the same in every brand they can open.
- Only owners in Orbit can delete images for good from the [bin](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/travel/everyone/bin/). Trips, guides and places to stay in the bin can be restored, not deleted.

## The People screen

**People**, on the Brands page's sidebar, lists everyone in your organisation who has Travel Orbit, with their role in Orbit and their role in Travel Orbit. Only Admins see it. Search by name or email, and choose **Editor** or **Viewer** for a member. The role of an owner or admin in Orbit can't be changed here.

## Brand access

When your organisation has more than one [brand](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/travel/everyone/brands/), **People** also has a **Brands** column. Choose **Every brand, also new ones**, or tick the brands a member may open, then select **Save**. A brand someone can't open doesn't show for them anywhere: not in the brand switcher, not on the Brands page, not in Orbit's search, and they get no notifications from it. Owners and admins in Orbit always see every brand.

Refunds and the Stripe key are limited to Admins because they move money or decide where it goes. Give the Admin role in Orbit only to people who should do that.
