# Show your trips on your website

> Connect a website space in CMS Orbit, so editors can put trips on pages with prices and places that stay current.

Orbit's satellites talk to each other. If your organisation also builds its website in CMS Orbit, a connection lets editors show your trips on any page. Trips, prices and dates stay in Travel Orbit; the website always gets the current price and places left.

## Connect a website space

1. Set your booking address under **Booking settings**, if you have not yet. Websites send travellers there to book.
2. Open **Orbit connections**. The CMS Orbit card lists your organisation's **Website spaces**, each marked **Connected** or **Not connected**.
3. Switch on the space that should show your trips, such as the Northwilds website. It then says **Shows your trips**. Switch it off to disconnect.

Only Admins can connect or disconnect a space, and only one they may change in CMS Orbit. The switches stay off until a booking address is set. Editors in CMS Orbit can also connect it under **Configuration › Orbit connections**. See [Orbit connections](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/travel/everyone/orbit-connections/) for the other satellites.

Connecting from here does the same as in CMS Orbit: the space gets draft Trip, Destination and Guide page templates, and draft Trips, Destinations and Guides pages at `/trips`, `/destinations` and `/guides` unless it already has pages there.

## What editors get

- Four blocks in CMS Orbit's block library: **Trip cards**, **Trip list**, **Book button** and **Next departures**.
- Trip, Trips, Destination and Departure fields for the website's own blocks.
- A picker with each published trip's photo, length, price from and next date, and the destinations and departures.

Only published, listed trips can be picked and shown. A trip you unpublish shows as unavailable on the pages that use it, and comes back when you publish it again.

## Prices in the website's currency

Each region of a CMS Orbit website can have a currency. When a trip is sold in that currency (see the currencies on the trip's prices), the website shows its price from in it; otherwise it shows the trip's own currency.

## Always current

When you change a trip's price, text or dates, a departure, or places change because someone booked, the website pages that show the trip refresh straight away. Nothing has to be copied or republished.

## On your website

Once a space is connected, a trip's **Details** show **On your website**: every CMS Orbit page that shows the trip, marked **Live**, **Live, with changes** or **Draft**, with a link that opens it in CMS Orbit.

For a published trip, **Create a page** makes a draft page for the trip in a connected space, with Trip cards, Next departures and a Book button already filled in. Choose the **Website space**, and the **Kind of page** if it has more than one, then add your own text and pictures in CMS Orbit and publish it there.

## Trip, destination and guide pages

Your trips, destinations and guides are never copied into CMS Orbit. CMS Orbit keeps one layout for every trip page, one for every destination page and one for every guide page, and fills each with what you write here. A trip you publish here gets its page on your website by itself, and changes show within a minute. The photos are served from Travel Orbit's media library in the right size and format for each screen.
