# Brands

> Run several travel brands from one organisation, each with its own trips, bookings, booking pages and Stripe account, and see them all on the Brands page.

A brand is a travel business of its own inside your organisation. Northwilds might sell hiking holidays as **Northwilds** and guided Arctic expeditions as **Northwilds Expeditions**: two brands, side by side, in one Travel Orbit.

Every organisation starts with one brand, named after the organisation. If you only ever sell under one name, you never have to think about brands: Travel Orbit opens straight into it.

## What each brand has of its own

Nothing is shared between brands. Each brand has its own:

- trips, departures, destinations, guides and places to stay
- bookings, requests, travellers and payments
- booking pages and booking address, such as `/travel/book/northwilds-expeditions`
- booking settings, languages, currencies and legal details
- Stripe account, so money goes to the right company
- email templates, media, discount codes and reports
- API keys, AI assistants, AI writing settings and connections to CMS Orbit
- bin for trips, guides, places to stay, templates and images

## What the organisation shares

- **People and roles.** People get Travel Orbit from your organisation in Orbit, and their role is the same in every brand they can open. Admins choose which brands each person sees under **People**. See [Who can do what](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/travel/everyone/roles/).
- **The plan.** Billing is for the whole organisation.
- **The audit trail.** One trail for every brand, with a filter for one brand.
- **Sending domains.** A domain verified for sending works for every brand.

## The Brands page

Select **All brands** in the sidebar, or the brand switcher at the top, to see every brand you can open. Each card shows the trips on sale, the bookings made in the last 30 days, the departures still to come, and whether the brand's Stripe account takes payments.

The switcher at the top of the sidebar moves between brands without leaving the page you are on.

## Moving a brand to the bin

Admins can move a brand to the bin from the end of its **Booking settings**. Its booking pages and booking API go offline, and its people can no longer open it, but everything is kept. Restore it from **Bin** on the Brands page.

An organisation keeps at least one brand, and a brand with bookings for trips still to come can't go in the bin. Only owners can delete a brand for good, from the Bin, after typing its name. That deletes its trips, bookings, travellers, emails and images, and disconnects its Stripe account. Money already in Stripe stays there.
