# QR codes for the counter

> Print a poster with a QR code for each location, so customers can review you or tell you privately from their phone.

Each location has its own review page with a short address, and a poster with a QR code for it. Put it by the till, on the table or in the window.

## Print a poster

1. Open **Review requests**.
2. Under **QR codes for the counter**, select the location, such as Northwilds Tromsø.
3. Select **Print A5**. For a smaller card, add `?size=a6` to the poster's address.

The poster shows your logo, the location's name, the QR code and the page's address. It is in your default language; add `?lang=nb` to the poster's address for another one.

## What people see

Scanning the code opens the location's review page. It shows the review sites you use, in the order the location needs reviews most, and a way to tell you privately. Nobody gives their name or email to see it.

## Fair at the counter

Google allows QR codes and cards, as long as everyone is asked in the same way. Don't ask only the customers who seem happy, don't stand over them while they write, and don't offer anything in return. Staff shouldn't be given targets for reviews.
