# What Presence Orbit is

Presence Orbit looks after how your business shows up where people look for it: the reviews they read, the listing they find on Google and the photos they see. Northwilds, with shops in Oslo, Bergen and Tromsø, keeps each shop as a location and answers every review from one place.

## What it does

- **One inbox for every review.** Reviews from Google, Facebook and Trustpilot arrive every 15 minutes, with sites without an API imported from a file. - **Replies worth sending.** Start from a template or an AI draft in the reviewer's language, and Presence Orbit checks every reply before it goes out. Replies to low ratings can wait for an approver. See [Replying to reviews](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/presence/everyone/replying/).
- **Fair review requests.** Ask customers by email, text message or a QR code at the counter. Everyone sees the same review sites, with private feedback offered beside them, never instead of them. See [Review requests](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/presence/everyone/review-requests/).

## Get started

The overview shows the first steps until they are done, or until you hide them with the **×**:

2. **Connect a review site.** Google, Facebook and Trustpilot use their official APIs; the sandbox lets you try everything with Northwilds' shops first. See [Review sites](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/presence/everyone/review-sites/).
3. **Answer a review.**
4. **Send your first review request**, or print the QR poster for the counter.

## How it fits with the rest of Orbit

People sign in once with Orbit and get Presence Orbit from your organisation's members, with a role that decides what they can do. Owners and admins in Orbit are Admins here. Members are Viewers unless an Admin makes them Editors. Admins approve replies that wait for approval, and can let Editors approve too.

Notifications about new and low ratings, replies waiting for approval and follow-ups assigned to you arrive in Orbit's inbox. A sending domain set up in Presence Orbit, Careers Orbit, Commerce Orbit or Travel Orbit sends emails from all of them.

## What Presence Orbit doesn't do

Your website and its location pages stay in CMS Orbit, and how visitors use them in Insights Orbit. Presence Orbit doesn't scrape review sites, never hides a review site from someone who had a bad experience, and never offers anything in return for a review.
