> Keep each location's Google listing in step with Presence Orbit, act on Google's suggested edits, add photos, publish posts and see how people find you.

Your locations in Presence Orbit are the master copy of your details: name, phone, website, description, categories, address and opening hours. **Listings and posts** compares them with the listing on Google, so you see at once when something is out of step.

Open **Listings and posts** and choose a location at the top, such as Northwilds Bergen. The location must be linked to its Google listing first, under **Locations**.

## Compare and fix

The table shows each field as Presence Orbit holds it and as Google shows it. Fields that differ are marked **Differs**.

- Select **Send our details** to send every field from Presence Orbit to Google.
- Select **Read again** to read the listing from Google now. Presence Orbit also reads it once a day.

## Google's suggested edits

Anyone can suggest a change to a Google listing, and Google sometimes applies one by itself. When there are suggestions, they appear above the table with the old and new values.

- **Accept** uses Google's value in Presence Orbit too.
- **Reject** keeps your value and sends it back to Google.

## Photos

Under **Photos**, choose the type (other photos, cover photo or logo) and select **Choose from media** to send up to 10 photos from your media library. Google can take a while to show new photos.

## Posts

Select **New post** to publish on your Google listing:

- **Update:** news, such as new snowshoes in Tromsø.
- **Offer:** a title, dates, and optionally a code and terms.
- **Event:** a title and dates.

Choose one or more locations, write the text (up to 1,500 characters), add a photo and a button such as **Book** or **Shop** with its link. Leave **Publish later** empty to publish straight away, or pick a date and time. If some locations fail, the post shows which, and **Retry** sends it only to those.

## How people find you

The chart shows views on Google Search and Maps, website clicks, calls and direction requests per day, read once a day.

## Questions and answers

Google switched off its questions and answers API in November 2025 and now answers people's questions in Maps with AI, from your listing and reviews. A complete, accurate listing and answered reviews are the best way to shape those answers.
