# Approving replies

> Let Editors approve replies to low ratings, for example a manager at each shop, while Admins always can.

Under **AI**, an Admin can choose that replies to low ratings need approval before they are published. Approvals are in the Growth plan and above. Admins always approve. You can let Editors approve too, for example the manager of your Northwilds shop in Bergen.

## Let an Editor approve

1. Open **People** under **Organisation** in the sidebar. Only Admins see it.
2. Find the Editor and switch on **Approves replies**.

Viewers can't approve, and Admins always do. Making someone a Viewer again also stops them approving.

## What approvers do

- They get a notification when a reply waits for approval, and it shows in their tasks in Orbit.
- They open it under **Reviews**, **Waiting for approval**, edit it if needed and select **Approve and publish**, or write what to change and select **Send back**.
- Their own replies to low ratings are published straight away.

Every published reply is in the **Audit trail** with the name of who published it.
