A segment is a set of filters with a name. Pick it on any report to see only those visits, on any site in your organisation. Segments come with the Growth plan.

## Save a segment

1. On any report, choose what to look at, such as a source, a country, a device or a page. Each choice shows at the top under **Showing only**.
2. Open the menu beside the period at the top, which says **Filtered visits**.
3. Choose **Save these filters as a segment** and give it a name people will understand, such as **Visitors from Germany on mobile**.

Editors and Admins can save segments. Everyone can use them.

## Use a segment

Open the same menu and choose the segment. Every report then shows only those visits, as you move between them, until you choose **All visits**. The address in your browser keeps the filters, so you can share the view.

## Delete a segment

Open **Segments** under **Workspace** and select **Delete**. The segment moves to the bin, where it can be restored. Reports and dashboards that used its filters keep working.
