> Viewers read reports, Editors also manage goals, and Admins also manage sites and settings.

People get Insights Orbit from your organisation in Orbit, under **Members**. Their role in Insights Orbit then decides what they can do.

| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Read every report and goal, and download tables as CSV | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Add, change and delete goals | | Yes | Yes |
| Connect an AI assistant that reads for you | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Labels, funnels, segments, dashboards, summary emails and alerts | | Yes | Yes |
| Add sites and change their settings, including events from other satellites | | | Yes |
| Share dashboards, connect Search Console, make API keys and set up the S3 export | | | Yes |

| Download or erase a known user's events | | | Yes |
| Delete test traffic from a site by address and time | | | Yes |

- Owners and admins in Orbit are always **Admins** in Insights Orbit.
- Members start as **Viewers**. An Admin can make them **Editors** under **People**.
- Only owners in Orbit can erase sites, goals and the rest for good from the bin.

When an organisation has no plan for Insights Orbit, or its trial or plan has ended, everyone can still read the reports, and nothing can be changed until an owner chooses a plan under **Billing** in Orbit. After a trial or plan ends, Insights Orbit is paused: visits are not counted, and summaries and alerts stop. Nothing is deleted.
