# Restore something deleted

> Deleted sites and goals go to the bin, where they can be brought back. Erasing for good is for owners.

Deleting a site or a goal never erases it straight away. It moves to **Bin**.

- A deleted **site** stops counting visits, but keeps everything it collected.
- A deleted **goal** leaves the reports. Visits and events are never deleted with it.

## Restore

Open **Bin**, find the site or goal and select **Restore**. Admins restore sites, and Editors and Admins restore goals. A restored site starts counting again straight away. Restoring needs room on your plan, such as a free site.

## Erase for good

Only owners of the organisation can erase. Select **Erase for good**. For a site, type its name to confirm: every visit, event, total and goal of the site is erased, and this cannot be undone.
