# Keep product pages reviewed

> Review-by dates make sure someone checks a page's claims are still right, with reminders before the date.

Content types such as product and safety pages can ask for a review date. Set it in **Schema › Content types**, on the type's **Approval** step, under **Review by**: every 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months.

Review dates are part of the Growth and Enterprise plans. On Starter they show a lock with the plan that includes them, and an owner can upgrade under Billing in Orbit.

## How it works

- A page gets its date when it first goes live, owned by the person who created it.
- The owner is told in the CMS and in Orbit a month before the date, and again when it passes.
- **Publishing › Reviews › Review dates** lists every page due within a month or overdue.

## On a page

The page's settings show a **Review by** card with the date, the owner and whether it is up to date, due soon or overdue.

- **Mark reviewed** sets the next date a full period from today.
- **Change** sets another date or owner, or removes the date.

Each change is recorded in the audit trail.
