# Work through the accessibility report

> See how accessible every page is, which rules fail where, and share the work out with assignments and reasons.

Open **Accessibility › Report** for the region and language in the top bar.

## The score

Each page starts at 100 and loses 15 for each issue that blocks people and 4 for each that needs review. The space score is the average across its pages, and the bar below it shows how many pages score 90 and up, 70 to 89, 50 to 69 and below 50. One reading is kept each day the report is opened, and the chart shows the last 90 days.

The report uses the latest results for each page:

- The content is checked on the server each time a page is saved, and again when the report opens if the page has changed since.
- The rendered page is checked when someone has the page open in the editor with the preview showing. The summary says how many pages have been checked as rendered; open a page in the editor to check the rest.

## Issues by rule

Each rule shows how many pages it affects, its WCAG criterion and how many points the score would rise with it fixed everywhere. Open a rule to see why it matters, a link to the rule and the pages it was found on, with where it was found: in the content, on the rendered page, or both.

Filter the list with **Blocks people**, **Needs review**, **In the content** and **On the rendered page**. **Export CSV** downloads every issue with its page, address, criterion, assignee and reason.

**Fix** opens the page with its A11y panel, where the fixes are; see [Check a page for accessibility](https://docs.bifrostorbit.com/cms/editors/accessibility/).

## Share the work

Choose **…** beside a page:

- **Assign to** gives it to someone with access to the space. They get a notification, and an email if they have email switched on, with a link to the page.
- **Ignore with a reason…** leaves it as it is, such as a map that only decorates a page with the address written out beside it. It stops counting against the score and the reason stays with it. **Fix it after all** puts it back.

## Issues by page

The pages with the most to fix come last, with their score and how many issues block people or need review. Pages not yet checked as rendered say so.

## In the app

The Orbit app shows the same report under **Accessibility** in a space, with each page's issues. You can write alt text there, with an AI suggestion from the image where AI writing is on.
