# Resources

> Rooms and equipment that a service needs, so two bookings never share the fitting room or the ski service bench.

A resource is anything that has to be free as well as the person, such as a fitting room, a ski service bench or the climbing wall.

## Add a resource

1. Open **Resources** and choose **Add a resource**.
2. Give it a name and say **How many** there are. Two fitting rooms means two bookings can use them at once.
3. If it is only free at certain times, turn on **Only available at certain times** and set its hours.
4. Open the services that need it and tick it under **Rooms and equipment**.

A time is only offered when every resource the service needs has one free, whoever takes the appointment. If a service can use any one of several, such as either service bench, choose **Any one of them** on the service.

You can also close a resource for a day, for example while the bench is serviced, under **Availability**.
